The Successful Candidate:
This fantastic boutique-style Hotel is looking for a Head pastry Chef, ideally experienced at 3-Prosette/Michelin level to work alongside the team to run the pastry section ( including 2 others). You will be responsible for the running of the pastry section producing everything from scratch on-site including all afternoon tea products, ice creams, sorbets, desserts, breads and petit fours. You will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve the highest standards and a continuous learning curve. The property has a well equipt kitchen including paco, thermos, rational and air conditioning!!!! 95% of the business will be restaurant with the very odd exclusive use
