The Position: Chef de Partie

The Candidate Requirement:

We’re looking for an experienced chef, who is used to preparing dishes from fresh ingredients, and who would relish the opportunity to work ‘sociable hours’!!!

This role offers the opportunity to work with a small, friendly team that produces breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service for these upmarket retirement villages with restaurants

You should be comfortable preparing fresh ingredients (some pastry and baking skills would be beneficial), have the ability and imagination to help with planning daily specials, be comfortable ordering stock and supplies, and finally you must have excellent communication skills.

Working a 4-day week, alternate weekends and latest 7 pm/ 8 pm finish you will enjoy some great company benefits and get the opportunity to make a name for yourself within a respected Company.
