The Position:     Junior Sous Chef

The Candidate Requirement:

You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as be part of a dedicated team, possess an excellent confident manner and be able to work efficiently under pressure.  You will work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure standards are maintained and also to help to develop junior brigade members.

You must have experience at a minimum of 2-3 rosette level to be successful in this position, and you will be rewarded for your commitment to the team. This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding team and be part of an exciting future!
