We are looking for a hands-on Chef to lead the team of 5 within this outstanding 5-star Inn/Gastro Pub. You should be able to produce modern British food to a 1-2 rosette level for a max of 60 covers on a busy night. Food could include a Banging Burger to a Sexy Salad, a mouth-watering main course or a special of local day boat fish!!! all prepared with care and attention with minimal fuss and maximum flavour. This is a stunning property so standards must be of the highest level whether a full English Breakfast, lunch/dinnner or Afternoon Tea! Your CV should show a constant stream of longevity through the ranks of respected operations at 1 to 2 rosette level.
