This immaculate top-end  boutique Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager, experienced at 3-4rosettes/Michelin level to further develop the service team and the product.  You will be responsible for the running of an amazing fine dining restaurant and small relaxed dining area offering exceptional cuisine – using local produce to provide diners with the most luxurious service standards and experience possible.  You will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve these goals you must have super engaging nature and have a natural warmth to deliver this product  

with a superb team overseeing the dining options.
