The Position - Restaurant General Manager

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focussed Restaurant General Manager with an excellent quality background (3-rosette/Starred experience is important) to oversee restaurant operations at this stunning Gastro/ Restaurant with Rooms. Reporting back into the owner you will have full control of all service operations for the property.

As a Restaurant Manager, you should be a first-class service orientated individual with excellent management and organisational ability but remain hands-on leading by example. You should have good financial acumen and be able to control costs, train and develop the team.
