The Position: Food and Beverage Manager
The Candidate Requirement:
An experienced and highly knowledgeable Food and Beverage Manager, able to demonstrate a steady progression within top quality 5 star or Red Starred hotels or free standing restaurants to a minimum 3 rosette standard embracing all aspects of food and beverage. As an HOD you will be responsible for all administration covering financial performance, health and safety, staff training and SOP manuals. A sound knowledge of Bar, Restaurant Wine Service and nominal C&B are essential.
