The Position:  Head/Sous Chef

The Candidate Requirement

This cracking property is looking for a great Head/Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available– local wherever possible,  and some of the countries best chefs  

You will currently be a great Head or Sous Chef – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team alongside a super Chef Patron, you will have input into 2 rosette level menus, all dishes being made from fresh ingredients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to develop their career within a small team to further build the business following extensive refurbishment.
