The Candidate Requirement
This amazing property is looking for a strong number 2, someone who is passionate about sourcing the best produce available – local wherever possible, whilst bearing cost controls in mind, you must also have the ability to develop menus and manage the brigade alongside the Head Chef.
This is a great opportunity to oversee a 3 Rosette kitchen, with a possibility in the future to become Head Chef. This is an area renowned for its abundance of fantastic fresh produce. Your background must include 3-rosette level experience as Sous Chef, you will work with a team of 6 to run the main restaurant (Max 32cvrs), as well as breakfast and lounge service and the occasional small wedding or function.
