The Position: Executive Head Chef
The Successful Candidate
You should be a great Exec Chef/Food and Beverage Director, with multi-outlet, rosette experience within multi-million pound food turnover busineses you should have experience of planning and costing menus, purchasing of food and Liquor controlling a busy and well frequented restaurant, complying with health and hygiene legislation and supervising a large team of chefs and front of House staff. A background at 1-2 rosette level is essential, as is the ability to cope with large volume restaurants, weddings and alfresco dining options a total of 6 outlets in all.
Multiple Food and Beverage outlets serve modern Brasserie-style cuisine All fresh in all of their restaurants, a spa menu, 2 large banqueting suites and a more refined dining option too a 1-2 rosette level – everything is produced fresh and from local ingredients wherever possible - dishes include the classics along with some lighter dishes and specials.
