The Position:  Operations Manager

The Candidate Requirement: 

We are looking for an experienced operations manager in this diverse exclusive-use operation, within a renowned property! 

Your background of experience will include some high volume operations as well as those at a minimum of 4 star, 2-rosette level and you will most likely come through the ranks of F&C/C&B– functions cater for up to 150 guests at top end level

You should be capable of working with and controlling your own budgets and inventory and be able to lead from the front as well as have an excellent understanding of H&S requirements; stock controls; planning, and execution of events
