The Position: Restaurant Manager
The Successful Candidate:
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage a busy brasserie operation, Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for staff training and recruitment, controlling departmental budgets, maximising revenue by upselling products, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff and effective communication with all departments, whilst naturally ensuring that standards of service exceed the expectation of all guests.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in 4 Hotels or busy stand-alone brasserie and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Essentially you must be a fantastic coach (as training is high on the agenda here), organised and a great organiser of others a great leader who is passionate about getting the whole team on board with the ethos of “great people, great place to work and great results”.
