The Position:  Head Chef

Our Client:

We are looking for a Head Chef for this established private members club ready to move onto the next level whilst remaining sympathetic to the “club” classics. Currently serving a traditional menu, of 2-3 rosette level dinners. There is also a busy private dining/functions business for up to 150 covers, and they offer simpler lunch menu as well as breakfast.

The Successful Candidate:

You will have a background at a 2-3-rosette level and 5-star properties as well as banqueting experience and be keen to help develop this historic venue.  Creation and implementation of inspiring menus must be one of your strengths, as must the running of an efficient and cost-effective kitchen.  You will have the support of the Secretary who is an experienced operator If you’re up for a New challenge, register with us for more details!

Uniform provided and free meals on duty.

Salary c£100,000 to £120,000
