Assistant Restaurant Manager, Michelin level, North West, £34k package

The Successful Candidate: We’re looking for a Head Waiter or Assistant Manager currently in a 3-rosette/Michelin star level restaurant to become Assistant Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Manager in this superb property boasting a 4 day working week!!!! You will be work alongside the Restaurant Manager to run shifts; ensure guests expectations are exceeded at all times; train, develop and motivate staff; maximise revenue by upselling products; you will be driven by exceeding customer expectation and the love of good food served well! It is important that you understand the service levels required and therefore you will be currently working in a 3 rosette/1 Michelin starred Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work history.
