Bars Manager, Scottish Highlands, £30k

The Candidate Requirement:  With a thorough knowledge of wines, spirits and quality cocktails, naturally with a particular emphasis on Whiskies, you will be a key member of the management team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and reporting to the DGM you will manage a team providing first class bar and lounge service within this boutique country property. You will possess a willingness to support and cover other senior staff and perform regular Duty Management shifts.

Our Client:  A fabulous, highly regarded boutique property, set in an exceptional picturesque landscape. The bar is very much the heart of the Hotel, serving a loyal locals trade as well as welcoming the many visitors to the area, making a busy year round trade.

Benefits: A salary of £30,000 plus gratuities, meals on duty.
