Chef de Partie, Hampshire, £22-23k - accommodation available

The Candidate Requirement:  This fab property is looking for a great Chef de Partie: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible.

You will currently be a great Demi Chef de Partie, with some rosette level/Michelin experience – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, for private owners and a fab Head Chef who sources the best produce available, locally wherever possible and works with a loyal team to produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to help motivate the team and assist the Head Chef in menu development ideas. As Chef de Partie you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections.

As a team, you will have access to all the fresh produce you could ever want – particularly fish and game, and you will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve further accolades.

Salary £22-23k + excellent tronc share
