Chef de Partie Pastry, Scotland, Michelin level, £30-33k, Temporary Accommodation Available

The Candidate Requirement: You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a dedicated team, possess an excellent confident manner and be able to work efficiently under pressure.  You will work closely with the senior team to ensure standards are maintained and also to help to develop junior brigade members.

You MUST be able to demonstrate experience at 3-rosette/Michelin level, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, you will be required to produce items such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés and parfaits to Michelin star level.

You must have experience at 3 rosette/Michelin level to be successful in this position, and you will be rewarded for your commitment to the team. This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding team and be part of an exciting future!
