We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade in this award-winning kitchen.  You should be a strong all-rounder, with experience at 3 rosette level or Michelin Star. 

The kitchen houses a disciplined brigade, a newly refurbished environment with every piece of equipment you will ever need and produces consistently exceptional standards.  This role offers a great Junior Sous Chef the opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding chef Patron and his 2 Michelin Star trained sous with the prospect of moving up in the brigade and being part of an exciting future!
