This small but busy food-led Organic Gastro-Pub with rooms seeks a Sous Chef to plan and implement new menus and help develop this already popular Rosette operation.  The food is of a very good standard so a 2/3 rosette background would be required. The menus have an eclectic feel with a solid modern British base all produce on-site is organic and of the highest quality


The Candidate Requirement   Sous Chef

This position would suit a Sous Chef looking for their next role and could offer the successful candidate excellent future prospects across the Group.  The ideal candidate will be ready to take over the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, be able to have input to menus and help with all kitchen management
