The Position: Sous Chef
This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible.
You will currently be a great Sous/Junior Sous Chef at a 3 rosette level/Michelin star property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team. You will be responsible for helping to run a classically styled main kitchen (producing food with a modern slant), with the main emphasis on dinner service, but also encompassing breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and a small number of exclusive-use weddings – you will have the drive to motivate the team and assist the head chef in menu development ideas.
As a team, you will have access to all the fresh produce you could ever want – particularly fish and game, and you will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve further accolades.
