The Position: Food and Beverage Manager
The Candidate Requirement:
This fab boutique company seeks a hands-on manager to become their F&B Manager – responsible for overseeing all Food and Beverage, Banqueting, incorporating one main property and two smaller sister-operations. Your brief will be to deliver consistently outstanding service levels, and to be capable of achieving this you will already have a background in 4+ star and multi-rosette level properties.
The successful F&B Manager will be an exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have knowledge of H&S legislation, sales and budgeting.
