This fab property is looking for a great Junior Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available and for a great employer.
You will currently be a chef de partie/Junior Sous Chef at a 2 rosette level star property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, and a superb Head Chef.
Working with a small team, for owners who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment, you will source the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to motivate the team and assist the Sous & Head chef in menu development ideas.
This long established hotel is a period building, a more refined operation. ‘Luxurious finishes set in chic surroundings’ is the best way to describe this privately owned property.
