This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available and for a great employer.
You will currently be a chef de partie/Junior Sous Chef at a 3-rosette level star property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, and a superb Head Chef.
Working with a team of 8, for owners who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers in a stunning environment, you will source the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes to wow the customers you will also have the drive to motivate the team and assist the Head chef in menu development ideas.
