The Position:  Pastry chef

The Candidate Requirement:

We are looking for an exceptional Head Pastry Chef to join the brigade in this award-winning kitchen.  You should be a strong all-rounder from plated desserts, afternoon teas, breads and enriched doughs to hand made chocolates, with experience at minimum 3-Rosette or 1 star Michelin level. 

The kitchen houses a disciplined brigade, a newly refurbished environment with every piece of equipment you will ever need and produces consistently exceptional standards.  This role offers a great Pastry chef the opportunity to lead and develop a small team of pastry chef and be part of an exciting future!
