The Position: Restaurant Manager
The Successful Candidate:
This stunning, renowned Hotel requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the highly accoladed fine dining restaurant. You must have a passion for cuisine, be able to cope with some volume, have exacting standards and a passion for staff training. This is a truly stunning position and will definitely make your CV stand out! Experience at Restaurant Manager level in a minimum 3 rosette/Michelin-starred property essential.
