Job Title:  Restaurant Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focussed individual with a wealth of  Michelin/rosette experience – you’ll have first-class customer service skills, excellent man-management, and responsibility for stock control and ordering. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, you will be required to support an exceptional and busy team within this reputed and highly accoladed property, managing the front-of-house team. You will be driven by exceeding customer expectations and the love of outstanding food and immaculate service! It is important that you understand the service levels required therefore you will be currently working in Michelin-starred operation - and be able to show a stable work history. Effective communication with the operations team will be essential to ensure a high level of hospitality is maintained across the restaurant.  This is a hands-on role and demands skill in balancing time and effort, both with clients and staffing.
