The Candidate Requirement

This cracking property is looking for a great Chef de Partie: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available– locally sourced where possible and top suppliers from further a field!!!!  

You will currently be a great  Chef de Partie– and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team alongside a cracking Head Chef, you will have input into 2/3 rosette level menus, all dishes being made from fresh ingredients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to develop their career within a small team (6)to further build the business following extensive refurbishment.
