The Candidate Requirement

This amazing property is looking for a Head Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available in some of the best conditions we have seen. You will work under an insanely talented executive chef to help push this property even further. You should currently be a Snr Sous or Head Chef and have a dazzling background including 1-2 Michelin stars and 3-5 Rosettes – and will relish the opportunity to work with a stunning front and back of house team to further their ambition of gaining even more accolades

Working with a team of 14 plus, for private owners who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment, you will source the best produce to produce exceptional modern dishes,  All staff work a 4 day week and the owners have gone above and beyond to offer incentives and perks to make the property a delight to work in
