The Position:                   Food and Beverage Manager                  

The Candidate Requirement:

Having gained extensive experience within a luxury country house hotel to a minimum of 4 or 5 preferably red star standard, you will work closely with the senior management team ensuring a strong management presence is visible at all times across all food and Beverage outlets  You will possess an understanding of all hotel departments with a strong emphasis on delivering seamless standards within all F&B outlets including both restaurants, in-room dining, wellbeing centre, lounges, bars and pool for breakfast, lunch dinner and afternoon teas The hotel thrives on its ability to deliver an unforgettable guest experience as such you will make it your personal goal to ensure all guests leave with a strong desire to return. Strong financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of relevant H&S legislation and an ability to develop HOD’s are desirable qualities in the ideal candidate.

Benefits:             

A salary of £65,000 plus service charge, performance-related bonus and excellent benefits package.
