The Position: Pastry Chef

The Successful Candidate:

This fantastic 5 star Hotel is looking for a Head pastry Chef, ideally experienced at 3-rosette/Michelin level to work alongside the team to run the pastry section. You will be responsible for the running of the pastry section producing everything from scratch including all afternoon tea products, ice creams, sorbets, desserts, breads and petit fours.  You will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve the highest standards working alongside an extremely talented chef.
