The Successful Candidate:

We are looking for a hands-on Head Chef to oversee the kitchen of this fantastic Gastro pub, where you will be responsible for the service of lunch and dinner in the 1 Rosette restaurant. You should have great kitchen experience at 1 and 2 rosette properties and be able to manage a small team to deliver delicious food. There is a stunning full induction kitchen to work from and you will have full rein of menu dishes and development.  This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced and well-respected team, and an excellent step up the career ladder for a committed individual.
