The Position:         Operations Manager                                                     

The Candidate Requirement:

Looking to climb the next step in the ladder, if you have extensive food and beverage experience gained in a quality hotel environment and a desire to join a company that will develop your career into hotel general management this is the opportunity for you. You will possess the relevant craft and financial skills to ensure that the very highest standards of service are provided whilst ensuring financial targets and gross profit margins are achieved. You should have a strong F&B background and be able to deputise for the General Manager and perform Duty Manager shifts, previous experience in front office and housekeeping, though not essential , would be beneficial.
