The Successful Candidate

We’re looking for a Head chef to work alongside the chef patron you will currently be in a similar position in a 3-4rosette/Michelin star level restaurant to become the right-hand man to the chef-patron in this superb property boasting a 4 day working week!!!!  You will be work alongside the Chef patron to ensure the highest levels of food are delivered and are exceeded at all times, you will have input into menu and dish development helping to train and develop more junior chefs. This operation very much works as a close-knit team and everyone is encouraged to have menu and dish input, your predecessor is an absolute ledged so you have big shoes to fill!!!
