The Position:  Sous Chef

The Candidate Requirement: 

Great opportunity for a Michelin Trained chef to join this experienced and well-respected team, You must be able to demonstrate a 3-4rosette/Michelin background, and have passion and flair to bring to the team, You will have a strong skill set to oversee all chefs sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence.

As Sous Chef, you should have a passion for outstanding food, as well as a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
