The Position: Head Chef

The Candidate Requirement

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to run this busy Deli/café/gelato-style facility. You will be a strong hands-on manager with a high-quality background and a minimum of 2 rosette experience (you may even be a pastry chef looking for something a little different). You should be mindful of cost controls, and have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation whilst being able to recruit, supervise, develop and motivate a committed team for this new opening.  You must have a passion for and understanding of fresh produce cooked sympathetically to let the produce speak for itself.  This is a super opportunity for a dedicated candidate, working sociable hours and alongside a devoted chef-owner
